Origin of the Method

From personal history to a scientific nutritional method

The Wellbeing Method originates from a personal and family experience that marked the beginning of a journey of study, research, and clinical application. A complex moment led to an in-depth exploration of the relationship between nutrition, metabolism, and disease, transforming a personal need into a structured method grounded in scientific evidence and professional practice.

During my university years, my wife Giada’s diagnosis of multiple sclerosis strengthened my interest in clinical nutrition and pharmacology, the subject of my first thesis, followed by further specializations.

The nutritional principles initially inspired also by the Kousmine method were progressively reworked and integrated with clinical experience and scientific literature. This path formed the basis for the development of the current methodological approach.

From that experience came the desire to go beyond clinical practice, working in the laboratory and in the field to promote a culture of conscious nutrition: food selection, proper preparation, macronutrient balance, seasonality, and quality of raw materials.

The Wellbeing Method does not promote extreme restrictions, but a nutritional model focused on metabolic balance and long-term sustainability. Not a diet aimed solely at weight loss, but a path of nutrition education and lifestyle, designed to build wellbeing today and in the long term.
